What Is Water Baptism?
Baptism is an important step of obedience that shows others we have personally trusted Jesus for our salvation. Jesus was baptized when He was on the earth, and we do this to follow His example. When Christians are baptized, they are submerged under water to identify with the death and burial of Jesus and then raised out of the water to identify with His resurrection.
We believe that water baptism is a public declaration of three important things: you are a follower of Jesus Christ, you are beginning a changed life in Christ, and you are part of a new family.

We consider it a privilege to join with you as you publicly share that you’ve been brought from death to life through salvation. Our baptism process has been intentionally designed for you. If you have made the decision to follow Jesus and want to be baptized, please read the following information and complete our baptism application.

Invite your friends and family. Water baptism is a time of celebration and public declaration of new life in Christ. Bring your friends and family with you to VIVE so you can celebrate together.
